Here's why it matters: In a world obsessed with growth and maximizing scalability, integrity often takes a nosedive.
 
I've witnessed countless high-achieving women and entrepreneurs who are doing amazing things in the world abandon their integrity in the name of "scaling". They've been taught to hustle, scale quickly, and fix everything else later, and without realizing, they've also lost revenue, premium clients, and in some cases their most valuable relationships.

The problem with this model is that it has no regard for carnage. That is why integrity matters. Because the mental, emotional, and spiritual decline that comes with navigating deeply impactful life transitions and making high-stakes decisions alone can lead to a public fallout steeped in shame.

Everyone doesn't bounce back so easily, especially if and when they're expected to show up and serve at the highest level both personally and professionally.
